Օրբանը ԵՄ առաջնորդներին ուղարկել է իր՝ ռուս-ուկրաինական «խաղաղության ծրագիրը»

Հունգարիայի վարչապետ Վիկտոր Օրբանը Ուկրաինա, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն և Չինաստան կատարած իր ճանապարհորդություններից հետո ԵՄ առաջնորդներին ներկայացրել է իր «խաղաղապահ առաքելության» արդյունքները և Բուդապեշտի «խաղաղության» առաջարկները։ Այս մասին հունգարական Magyar Nemzet իշխանամետ թերթին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Հունգարիայի վարչապետի քաղաքական տնօրեն Բալաշ Օրբանը։

Նա մասնավորապես նշել է, որ «Օրբանի ծրագիրն այժմ դրված է ԵՄ յուրաքանչյուր առաջնորդի սեղանին»։

Բալաշ Օրբանն ասել է, որ Հունգարիայի վարչապետի՝ Կիև և Մոսկվա կատարած այցերից «պարզ դարձավ, որ Ուկրաինան և Ռուսաստանը շատ վճռական են պայքարելու հարցում»:

«Եվ առանց արտաքին միջնորդների միջամտության՝ մենք, ցավոք, առաջիկա ամիսներին կտեսնենք շատ լուրջ ավերածություններ»,- ասել է նա։

Դրանից հետո, ըստ Օրբանի, Հունգարիան բանակցություններ է սկսել պոտենցիալ միջնորդների՝ Չինաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ։

«Բայց եվրոպացիները և ԱՄՆ ներկայիս վարչակազմը կողմ են պատերազմի շարունակմանը: Վարչապետը ԵՄ առաջնորդներին նամակ է գրել բանակցությունների, խաղաղապահ առաքելության առաջին փուլի արդյունքների և հունգարական առաջարկների մասին։ Եթե ​​Եվրոպան ցանկանում է խաղաղություն և ցանկանում է վճռական ձայն ունենալ պատերազմի հանգուցալուծման և արյունահեղությունը դադարեցնելու հարցում, այժմ պետք է զարգացնի և իրականացնի կուրսի փոփոխություն»,- ասել է նա։

Օրբանը նաև կարծում է, որ Հունգարիայի՝ որպես միջնորդի դերը չպետք է թերագնահատվի, քանի որ կարծում է, որ երկիրը կարող է «լուրջ դեր խաղալ միջնորդության հարցում»:

«Հունգարիան ընդունակ միջնորդ է, ինչպես ցույց տվեցին վերջին երկու շաբաթը, և այժմ մեր խնդիրն է համատեղել այս նոր մոտեցումը և փորձել համոզել Եվրամիության անդամ երկրներին Վիկտոր Օրբանի ծրագրի մեջ»,- եզրափակել է նա։

Եվրամիության իրավաբանական ծառայությունն ավելի վաղ հաստատել էր, որ Հունգարիայի վարչապետի և Պուտինի բանակցությունները հակասում են ԵՄ պայմանագրերին։

Լրատվամիջոցները հայտնում են, որ Եվրամիության երկրները դիտարկում են Հունգարիայի պատժի տարբեր տարբերակներ՝ Ռուսաստան չհամակարգված այցի պատճառով։
