Մի քանի օր առաջ MediaHub-ըգրել էր, որ «Ֆազ» մականունով Սերգեյ Գրիգորյանի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող և կալանավորված Ռուստամ Ստեփանյանը՝ «Չաղ Ռուստամը», օրերս բուժզզնություն անցնելու նպատակով ՔԿՀ-ից տեղափոխվել է «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոն, որպեսզի զննություն անցնի։

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Չաղ Ռուստամի փաստաբանն ու մտերիմները փորձել են այնպես անել, որ Ռուստամը մնա «Աստղիկում» և չտեղափոխվի Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։ Դրա հաջորդ օրը մեզ նոր տեղեկություններ հայտնի դարձան Չաղ Ռուստամի՝ «Աստղիկ» ԲԿ այցից։ Մեզ ասացին՝ հիվանդանոցում Ռուստամին է այցելել Արագածոտնի նախկին մարզպետ, այժմ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օգնական Դավիթ Գևորգյանը, և մոտ մեկ ժամ զրուցել են նրանք։ 

Ու թեև մեր աղբյուրը պնդում է, որ Փաշինյանի օգնականը, որը մտերիմ է Ռուստամի հետ և Ֆազի սպանության օրն էլ, ըստ մեզ հասած տեղեկության, Ռուստամի հետ է եղել՝ նույն սեղանի շուրջ, Քրեակատարողական ծառայությունից, սակայն, փորձում են ամեն գնով հերքել այս տեղեկությունը՝ պնդելով, որ կալանավորված Ռուստամ Ստեփանյանն «Աստղիկ» ԲԿ-ում ոչ մեկի հետ չի հանդիպել։

«Կալանավորված անձ Ռուստամ Ստեփանյանը բժշկական կենտրոնում որևէ անձի չի հանդիպել։ Վերջինս օգոստոսի 15-ին, ժամը 11:00-ին տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոն, համապատասխան հետազոտություններ անցնելուց հետո՝ ժամը 11:45-ին, դուրս է բերվել բժշկական հաստատությունից և վերադարձվել քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ»,-ասված է ՔԿՀ-ի՝ մեզ փոխանցած հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ ՔԿՀ-ի համար սա լուրջ խնդիր է, որ իրենց պատասխանատվության տակ գործող անձն օրենքով արգելված կարգով հանդիպի որևէ կողմնակի անձի, դրա համար էլ հերքում են մեր տեղեկությունը։ Բայց մեր աղբյուրներն ասացին, որ Փաշինյանի օգնական Դավիթ Գևորգյանն այդ օրը իսկապես եղել է «Աստղիկ» ԲԿ-ում, ու թեև Չաղ Ռուստամի հետ հանդիպումը որևէ կերպ չի ֆիքսվել, սակայն տեսնողներ են եղել, թե ինչպես են «Աստղիկ» ԲԿ-ի տարածքում զրուցում Դավիթ Գևորգյանը, Ռուստամ Ստեփանյանի փաստաբանն ու ևս երկու անձ։ Դրա վերաբերյալ անգամ լուսանկար կա, ավելին՝ մեզ որոշ մանրամասներ են պատմել նաև Ռուստամի փաստաբանի և Փաշինյանի օգնականի մասնավոր զրույցից:

Որոշ հանգամանքներ պարզելուց հետո, երբ հարկ լինի, կհրապարակենք նաև հանդիպման մանրամասները՝ ավելի դետալացված։
