ԱԺ պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

«Ակադեմիական քաղաք կառուցող իշխանության օրոք դպրոցների սանհանգույցներում սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմանները ողբալի վիճակում են

Գրություններ եմ ուղարկել ՀՀ Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանին և ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանին։

Ահազանգել եմ Հայաստանի դպրոցներում և մանկապարտեզներում սանհանգույցների սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմանների, տաք ջրի համատարած բացակայության, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների համար հարմարությունների բացակայության, ինչպես նաև խմելու ջրից օգտվելու եղանակներ մասին:

Սեպտեմբերի 1-ից, նոր ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկի հետ, ես բազմաթիվ ծնողներից և ուսուցիչներից ստացել եմ դժգոհություններ, որ տարիներ շարունակ թվարկված խնդիրները չեն լուծվում.

Խոսվում է ներառականության մասին, սակայն դպրոցներում սանհանգույցներն անգամ հարմարեցված չեն սահմանափակ կարողություններ ունեցողների համար

Դպրոցների մեծամասնության ներսում զուգարանակոնքեր չկան (պպզելու միջոցով բնական կարիքները հոգալու հնարավորություն է միայն), որը դժվար է, հատկապես՝ տարրական դասարանների երեխաների համար:

Շատ դեպքերում և՛ այսպես կոչված «պպզովի», և՛ «նստովի» զուգարանակոնքերը տեղադրված չեն փակ խցիկներում կամ գոնե առանձնացված չեն միջնորմերով, ինչը գործող նորմերի խախտում է:

Դպրոցների մեծ մասում սանհանգույցների սենքերը և սարքավորումներն ապահովված չեն հեղուկ օճառով նույնիսկ:

Մեծ մասում ապահովված չեն նաև ձեռքերի չորացման համար էլեկտրական սարքերով կամ թղթյա մեկանգամյա օգտագործման սրբիչներով (երեխաները տանից սրբիչ են տանում):

Գրեթե համատարած բացակայում է տաք ջրամատակարարումը:

Երեխաները ջուր խմում են սանհանգույցի ծորակներից, երբեմն ձեռքերով կամ ընդհանուր բաժակով, ինչը հիվանդությունների և վարակների տարածման մեծագույն ռիսկ է:

Պահանջել եմ նախարարներից տալ հետևյալ պարզաբանումները․

Ե՞րբ են վերջին անգամ ուսումնասիրել թվարկված խնդիրները

Ի՞նչ են արձանագրել այդ դաշտում

Դրանց լուծման մասով ի՞նչ ծրագրեր ունեն մշակված

Ո՞րքան ֆինանսական ներդրում է անհրաժեշտ ՀՀ դպրոցների սանհանգույցները գործող իրավական նորմերին համապատասխանեցնելու և պատշաճ տեսքի բերելու համար

Կոնկրետ ի՞նչ ժամկետներում են պատրաստվում լուծել տարրական սանիտարահիգիենիկ օրհասական խնդիրները հանրակրթական դպրոցներում:

Ի վերջո ակադեմիական քաղաք կառուցելուց առաջ նախ անհրաժեշտ է, որ ապագա ուսանողները նորմալ սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմաններում ստանան իրենց դեռևս դպրոցական կրթությունը:
