Սեպտեմբերի 4-ին Փարիզի քաղաքապետարանում կազմակերպված հանդիսավոր միջոցառման ընթացքում Ֆրանսիայում Հայաստանի դեսպան Հասմիկ Տոլմաջյանը Փարիզի փոխքաղաքապետ Առնո Նգաչային է հանձնել ՀՀ նախագահի հրամանագրով նրան շնորհված «Բարեկամության շքանշանը»՝ հայ-ֆրանսիական բարեկամական կապերի ամրապնդման և զարգացման գործում ներդրած նշանակալի ավանդի համար։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են Ֆրանսիայում ՀՀ դեսպանությունից:

Միջոցառման ընթացքում ելույթներով հանդես եկան Փարիզի քաղաքապետ Անն Հիդալգոն և Ֆրանսիայում Հայաստանի դեսպան Հասմիկ Տոլմաջյանը։

Շնորհավորելով Առնո Նգաչային Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բարձր պետական պարգևով պարգևատրվելու կապակցությամբ՝ Անն Հիդալգոն շեշտել է Հայաստանի և Փարիզի միջև առանձնահատուկ կապերը՝ վերահաստատելով, որ Փարիզ քաղաքը մշտապես եղել և շարունակելու է լինել Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի կողքին։

Իր ելույթում դեսպան Տոլմաջյանը ընդգծել է, որ «Բարեկամության շքանշանի» շնորհումը փոխքաղաքապետ Նգաչային արտահայտում է ողջ Փարիզ քաղաքին՝ Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի հետ ունեցած անկեղծ բարեկամության համար վերջիններիս երախտագիտությունը։ Նա շնորհակալության խոսք է հղել քաղաքապետ Հիդալգոյին, Առնո Նգաչային և ընդհանրապես Փարիզի քաղաքային խորհրդի անդամներին Հայաստանին անվերապահ աջակցության և լիակատար համերաշխության, Փարիզի սրտում «Հայաստանի էսպլանադի», Շառլ Ազնավուրի ծննդյան 100-ամյակի կապակցությամբ նրա անունը կրող այգու բացման և հատկապես 2020թ․-ից ի վեր ի աջակցություն Հայաստանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի ընդունված բանաձևերի և հումանիտար նախաձեռնությունների համար։

Փարիզի փոխքաղաքապետ Առնո Նգաչան նշել է, որ իր համար մեծ պատիվ և հպարտություն է ստանալ ՀՀ նախագահի հրամանագրով իրեն շնորհված այս բարձր պարգևը։ Նա շեշտել է, որ որպես Փարիզի քաղաքապետի՝ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հարցերով տեղակալ, քաղաքապետ Հիդալգոյի առաջնորդությամբ շարունակելու է նույն եռանդով, համոզմունքով և հանձնառությամբ նպաստել Փարիզի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների և համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը։

Պարգևատրման հանդիսավոր արարողության ավարտին հնչել են Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի պետական օրհներգները։

Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ գլխավոր քարտուղարը, խորհրդարանականներ, Ֆրանսիայում հավատարմագրված օտարերկրյա դեսպաններ ու դիվանագետներ, Փարիզի քաղաքապետի տեղակալները, փարիզամերձ այլ քաղաքների քաղաքապետեր, հասարակական և մշակութային անվանի գործիչներ, հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ։
