Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սիրվարդ Գևորգյան գրում է․

Համացանցում շրջանառվում է մի լուսանկար, որն արվել է 2019 թվականին կազմակերպված միջոցառման ընթացքում, որին, ի թիվս իմ այլ համակուրսեցիների, հրավիրված եմ եղել նաև ես:
Լուսանկարում նաև Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դուստրն է, իմ համակուրսեցին, ում, ինչպես նաև իմ այլ 200 համակուրսեցիների հետ ծանոթացել եմ 2000 թվականին, երբ ընդունվել եմ Երևանի պետական համալսարանի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետ:
Աշխատանքային երկարամյա գործունեության ընթացքում երբևէ չեմ եղել որևէ կուսակցության անդամ կամ որևէ քաղաքական գործչի աջակից, երբևէ առնչություն չեմ ունեցել և անձամբ չեմ հանդիպել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հետ: Կյանքի և աշխատանքի բերումով շփվել եմ տարբեր մարդկանց հետ, այդ շփումներն իմ կյանքում իրենց ուրույն տեղն ունեն և ես դա չեմ ուրանում, սակայն իմ քաղաքական ընտրությունը կատարել եմ և անվերապահորեն պաշտպանում եմ Հայաստանի կառավարության արտաքին և ներքին քաղաքական կուրսը, Իրական Հայաստանի և Հայրենիքը Պետությունն է հայեցակարգերը:
Վերջին տարիներին Արդարադատության նախարարության Գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում ներդրել եմ առավելագույնը: Պետական համակարգում եմ 2005 թվականից, աշխատել եմ նախ ֆինանսների նախարարությունում, ապա՝ Ազգային ժողովում, հետո արդեն Արդարադատության նախարարությունում։ 2021 թվականից, գրեթե երեք տարի, զբաղեցրել եմ նախարարության Գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնը և մինչև 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 6-ը, երբ նշանակվեցի Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ, չեմ զբաղեցրել որևէ քաղաքական պաշտոն:
Շնորհակալ եմ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ այս պաշտոնն ինձ վստահելու համար: Իմ ամենօրյա աշխատանքով կապացուցեմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և կառավարության որդեգրած ռազմավարություններին իմ նվիրվածությունը:
