Երևանում կանցկացվի Միջխորհրդարանական միության երիտասարդ խորհրդարանականների տասներորդ գլոբալ համաժողովը

Երեւանում սեպտեմբերի 12-14-ը կայանալիք Միջխորհրդարանական միության երիտասարդ խորհրդարանականների տասներորդ գլոբալ համաժողովին սպասվում է մոտ 60 երկրից ավելի քան 150 երիտասարդ խորհրդարանականի մասնակցություն: Միջոցառումը կազմակերպվել է Միջխորհրդարանական միության եւ Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի կողմից: Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և հաղորդակցության վարչությունը։ Միջխորհրդարանական միության ամենամյա համաժողովը 45 տարեկանից ցածր երիտասարդ խորհրդարանականների համար եզակի գլոբալ հարթակ է՝ միմյանց հետ կապվելու, փորձի փոխանակման եւ միմյանց աջակցելու համար:

Այս տարվա «Խուսափելով կորսված սերունդներ ունենալուց. պահպանելով կրթությունն ու զբաղվածությունը բոլոր հանգամանքներում» թեման կենտրոնացած է լուծումների վրա՝ ապահովելու կրթության անխափան հասանելիությունը եւ երիտասարդների համար աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը:

Համաժողովի բացմանը ելույթ կունենա ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որին կհաջորդեն Միջխորհրդարանական միության նախագահ Տուլիա Էքսոնի, ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի, Միջխորհրդարանական միության գլխավոր քարտուղար Մարտին Չունգոնգի եւ Երիտասարդ խորհրդարանականների ֆորումի նախագահ Դեն Քարդենի ելույթները։ Միջոցառման փակման արարողությանը ելույթ կունենա ՀՀ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը։Համաժողովն առաջին անգամ անցկացվել է 2014 թվականին, այն նպատակ ունի ամրապնդելու եւ երիտասարդացնելու ժողովրդավարությունը՝ դարձնելով ավելի ներկայացուցչական բոլոր սերունդների համար:

Միջխորհրդարանական միության երիտասարդ խորհրդարանականների համաժողովը նպաստում է կազմակերպության աշխատանքին՝ խթանելու համար երիտասարդների մասնակցությունը խորհրդարաններում եւ ապահովելու երիտասարդ պատգամավորների լիարժեք դերակատարումը խորհրդարանի աշխատանքում:

Համաձայն Միջխորհրդարանական միության վերջին տվյալների՝ մինչեւ 30 տարեկան պատգամավորները կազմում են ամբողջ աշխարհում խորհրդարանականների ընդամենը 2,86 տոկոսը, ինչն ընդգծում է ներկայացուցչական զգալի դեֆիցիտը՝ համեմատած նույն տարիքային խմբի աշխարհի բնակչության մոտ կեսի հետ։Հայաստանը խորհրդարանում երիտասարդներին ներգրավելու լավ փորձ ունի՝ վերջին տարիներին մշտապես գլխավորելով Միջխորհրդարանական միության մինչեւ 30 տարեկան պատգամավորների վարկանիշը:
