Սեպտեմբերի 11-ին Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում, նախագահությամբ Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի, տեղի ունեցավ հայաստանյան թեմերի առաջնորդների և Մայր Աթոռում սպասավորող եպիսկոպոսների ժողով։

Ողջունելով ժողովականներին` Նորին Սրբությունը ուրախությամբ ընդգծեց, որ Մայր Տաճարի վերաօծման և Մյուռոնօրհնության արարողությունների նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները ամփոփման փուլում են։

Այնուհետև զեկույցով հանդես եկավ Մյուռոնօրհնության, Մայր Տաճարի վերաօծման և հարակից միջոցառումների կազմակերպման Համակարգող հանձնախմբի ատենապետ, Մայր Աթոռի դիվանապետ Տ․ Արշակ արքեպիսկոպոս Խաչատրյանը՝ ներկայացնելով հանձնախմբի կողմից իրականացված աշխատանքները։

Տեղեկացվեց, որ սրբազան արարողություններին մասնակցելու են Հայաստանից ու Սփյուռքից բարձրաստիճան եկեղեցականներ, ազգային կյանքում նշանակալի դերակատարություն ունեցող հայորդիներ, Քույր Եկեղեցիների և միջեկեղեցական կազմակերպությունների պատվիրակներ, պետական, դիվանագիտական, հասարակական, գիտակրթական, մշակույթի ու արվեստի ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ, այլև ուխտավորներ և հյուրեր:

Արարողությունների իրազեկման համար պատրաստվել ու հրապարակվել են հոլովակներ, հանրապետության տարբեր շրջաններում տեղադրվել են իրազեկող պաստառներ, հրատարակվել են ճանաչողական գրքեր, հանրամատչելի գրքույկներ և թերթոններ։ Համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել ԶԼՄ-ներով Մայր Տաճարի վերաօծման ու Մյուռոնօրհնության առթիվ լուսաբանող հեռուստահաղորդումների կազմակերպման համար։

Անդրադարձ կատարվեց սրբազան արարողություններին հավատացյալ հայորդիների հասանելիությունն ապահովելու նպատակով ձեռնարկված տեխնիկական աշխատանքներին, որի շրջանակներում հասարակական կարգի պահպանության մարմինների հետ կանոնակարգվելու են երթևեկության ու անվտանգության հետ կապված խնդիրները։

Զեկույցի ավարտին Ամենայն Հայոց Հայրապետի կողմից հանձնարարականներ տրվեցին թեմակալ առաջնորդներին առավել ջանքեր գործադրել սրբազան արարողություններին ուխտավորների մասնակցությունը դյուրացնելու համար։

Մասնակից եկեղեցականները իրենց ուրախությունն ու գոհունակությունն արտահայտեցին սպասվող հոգենորոգ իրադարձությունների առթիվ։
