Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ ՊԵԿ նախկին նախագահ Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի և նրա եղբորորդու՝ Կարեն Խաչատրյանի, վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով դատավարությունը՝ չորս տարի անց այսօր նոր կազմով վերսկսվել է, քանի որ գործը քննող դատավորի՝ Արթուր Մկրտչյանի լիազորությունները դադարել են՝ պաշտոնավարման տարիքը լրանալու հիմքով։


ՊԵԿ նախկին նախագահի գործը մոտ 4 տարի էր՝ քննվում էր դատարանում, և դատաքննությունը գրեթե ավարտական փուլում էր։

Արթուր Մկրտչյանի լիազորությունների դադարումից հետո գործը մակագրվել էր Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Տաթևիկ Մուրադյանին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ ՊԵԿ նախկին նախագահ Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը, իր ազգականներին նյութական օգուտ տալու անձնական շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով, պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելով, իրենից ծառայողական կախվածության մեջ գտնվող տեղակալի՝ Տիգրան Բարսեղյանի և պաշտոնատար այլ անձանց մասնակցությամբ, ՀՀ օրենսդրության և ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր ՊԵԿ կողմից կնքված պայմանագրի դրույթների խախտմամբ, ապահովել է ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի հանդեպ 79.372.897.900 ՀՀ դրամ պարտավորությունների դիմաց «Հայգազարդ» ՓԲ ընկերության կողմից ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեում 2011թ. ապրիլի 18-ի պայմանագրով գրավադրված «Հիդրոապարատ» ԲԲ ընկերության 132.615 հատ բաժնետոմսերի շուկայականից էապես ցածր գնով՝ 34.328.964 ՀՀ դրամով իրացումը քրոջ և եղբոր որդիների՝ Ռուբիկ Գասպարյանի և Արամ Խաչատրյանի մասնակցությամբ հիմնադրված «Մոնդո Դի Մոբիլի» ՍՊ ընկերությանը, իսկ ներդրում կատարելու վերաբերյալ մրցույթի անցկացման պարտադիր պայմանը նշված ընկերության հետ կնքված 2012թ. հուլիսի 2-ի բաժնետոմսերի առուվաճառքի պայմանագրում չներառելու հետևանքով ապահովել է «Մոնդո Դի Մոբիլի» ՍՊ ընկերության ազատումը 5.000.000 եվրոյին համարժեք 2.624.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ ներդրում կատարելու պարտավորությունից:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ նշված գործողությունների հետևանքով խախտվել է պետական մարմինների բնականոն գործունեությունը, խաթարվել է պետական բյուջեի նկատմամբ առկա պարտավորությունների դիմաց գրավադրված գույքի իրացման գործընթացը, անհավասար պայմաններ են ստեղծվել իրացման գործընթացի հնարավոր այլ մասնակիցների համար, որի արդյունքում պետությանը պատճառվել է 34.328.964 ՀՀ դրամի, իսկ կազմակերպությանը՝ 2.624.000.000 ՀՀ դրամի նյութական վնաս, որն առաջացրել է ծանր հետևանքներ: Նույն գործով մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակում է նաև նրա եղբորորդին՝ Կարեն Խաչատրյանը։ 
Գագիկ և Կարեն Խաչատրյանները մեղադրանքը չեն ընդունում։
