Ռումինիայում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպան Սերգեյ Մինասյանը նոյեմբերի 22-ին Բուխարեստում մասնակցել է Սև ծովի հարցերով բարձր մակարդակի կլոր սեղան-քննարկմանը, որը կազմակերպվել էր Եվրոպական Միության արտաքին գործողությունների ծառայության (ԵԱԳԾ) և Ռումինիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության կողմից։ Այդ մասին հայտնում են Ռումինիայում ՀՀ դեսպանությունից:
 
«Իր ելույթում դեսպան Մինասյանն ընդգծել է, որ սեպտեմբերի 19֊ին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրականացված էթնիկ զտումը հանգեցրել է լուրջ մարդասիրական ճգնաժամի, որի հաղթահարման գործում առանձնացվել է ԵՄ և ԵՄ անդամ երկրների, այդ թվում նաև Ռումինիայի` Հայաստանին տրամադրած մարդասիրական աջակցության դերը։ Դեսպան Մինասյանն ընդգծել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված հայերի՝ իրենց բնակավայրեր վերադառնալու իրավունքի իրացման անհրաժեշտությունն, ինչը հնարավոր կլինի միայն միջազգային հաստատակամ ներգրավվածության և երաշխիքների տրամադրման պարագայում։ Միաժամանակ, շեշտվել է Հարավային Կովկասում կայուն խաղաղության հաստատման գործում հայկական կողմի վճռականությունն` այս համատեքստում կարևորելով Եվրոպական Խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի ներդրած ջանքերը։
 
Դեսպան Մինասյանը ներկայացրել է նաև ՀՀ կառավարության «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» ծրագրի դրույթները` հիմնված տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցության բոլոր ուղիների վերաբացման և տարածաշրջանի երկրների ինքնիշխանության լիակատար պահպանման սկզբունքների վրա։ Կարևորվել է նաև Հայաստանում ԵՄ քաղաքացիական դիտորդական առաքելության գործունեության ընդլայնման վերաբերյալ որոշման իրագործումը, Հայաստանում ընթացող ժողովրդավարական գործընթացներին ԵՄ շարունակական աջակցության ապահովումը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ֊ԵՄ մուտքի արտոնագրային ռեժիմի ազատականացման գործընթացի առաջմղումը։
 
Միջոցառմանը մասնակցում էին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ ԵՄ հանձնաժողովից, ԵՄ արտաքին գործողությունների ծառայությունից, Հայաստանից, Ռումինիայից, Բուլղարիայից, Հունաստանից, Վրաստանից, Թուրքիայից, Մոլդովայից և Ուկրաինայից»,- նշված է Ֆեյսբուքում արված գրառման մեջ։
