Honda reveals what its new Acura crossover will look like

Honda Motor is set to expand its premium Acura brand lineup with a purely electric coupe-crossover. The harbinger of the upcoming new product is the Performance EV concept car, which was recently unveiled in the US, reports Drom.ru.

The exterior of this experimental model is characterized by a sloping roofline, “emotional” body shapes, complex plastic transitions, a negative slope of the front end—when viewed in profile, deep wheel arches, and large wheels. The roof is graphically highlighted in black, which contrasts with the white pearl painted body. Attention is drawn to the complex shape of the air intakes, narrow LED headlights, and lights. The Acura Performance EV's form factor is reminiscent of the American Mustang E-Mach series.

The technical characteristics of this concept car are not presented yet. But most likely, this is just a full-size mockup without deep development. The purpose of such mockups is to test the public's reaction to the proposed styling solutions for future production cars.
