The paintings at the National Gallery of Armenia will now be restored under entirely different conditions. Thanks to the financial support of benefactor Karen Vardanyan, the Restoration Department has undergone a complete renovation and has been furnished and equipped with the necessary modern equipment.

As part of the project, a total of 316 items of equipment, tools and related accessories of 54 different names have been purchased. In addition, three specialists have had the opportunity to undergo professional training in Lithuania and the Russian Federation.

Benefactor Karen Vardanyan donated 122 million drams to implement this project, which aims to restore and preserve Armenia’s cultural heritage.
