Guests at the Yerevan property are now actively using the platform, marking a key milestone in BEN’s hospitality expansion and demonstrating the system’s readiness for real-world luxury service environments.

From Proof of Concept to Live Guest Engagement

BEN and Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin formally announced their collaboration in May 2025.

The AI Concierge enables guests to access services, request assistance, and receive property information instantly through QR activation and WhatsApp-based routing. The current beta phase is limited to a selected group of rooms, allowing teams to collect real interaction data, refine responses, and optimize performance ahead of full deployment.

The initiative is guided by three strategic priorities:

• Reducing Operational Overhead: By handling routine inquiries and service routing through the AI platform, Seven Visions Resort’s staff can redirect their attention to the high-value, high-touch moments that define luxury hospitality. The AI Concierge is not designed to replace human service - it is designed to protect and amplify it by removing friction from routine interactions.
