Martial law and military mobilization were announced in Armenia and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). The war against Artsakh was accompanied by flagrant violations of international norms, deliberate targeting of the civilian population and vital infrastructure, torture of prisoners of war and civilian hostages. Late in the evening of November 9, it became known about the statement of the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, which was followed by the ceasefire. As a result of the 44-day war of 2020, 3830 servicemen and civilians died, the whereabouts of 175 servicemen and 20 civilians are still unknown.
