Այլևս ոչ մի բանակցություն չի լինի՝ մինչև Ուկրաինայի ամբողջովին ջախջախումը։ Այսպիսի հայտարարություն է արել ՌԴ Անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում։
