«Եվրոպական Միության ջանքերով ավարտված գործարք.

2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահայում Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի և ԵՄ խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի կողմից հայտարարություն ստորագրելուց հետո առաջին անգամ պաշտոնապես Արցախը ճանաչվեց Ադրբեջանի կազմում՝ խախտելով միջազգային իրավունքի բոլոր սկզբունքներն ու նորմերը, այդ թվում Հայաստանի, Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի և Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանի կողմից վավերացված միջազգային պայմանագրի դրույթները։ Ի դեպ, հոկտեմբերի 6-ի հայտարարությունը չի վավերացվել այն ստորագրած կողմերից որևէ մեկի խորհրդարանների կողմից։

Այդ ապօրինի գործարքից հետո, Եվրոպական Միությունը կորցրել է եռակողմ ձևաչափով հանդիպումներ կազմակերպելու նկատմամբ հետաքրքրությունը։ Արցախն Ադրբեջանին հանձնելուց հետո՝ Շառլ Միշելի մասնակցությամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Իլհամ Ալիևը հանդիպել է միայն 2023 թվականին (մայիսի 14-ին և հուլիսի 15-ին Բրյուսելում և հունիսի 1-ին Քիշնևում՝ նաև Մակրոնի և Շուլցի մասնակցությամբ)։ Այդ հանդիպումները եղել են Արցախի շրջափակման օրերին և որևէ արդյունքի չեն հանգեցրել, իսկ Արցախի նկատմամբ 2023 թվականի ագրեսիայից, ցեղասպանությունից և բռնի տեղահանումից հետո, Շառլ Միշելի մասնակցությամբ եռակողմ հանդիպում առհասարակ տեղի չի ունեցել։
