Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը դիվանագիտական ծառայությունն ավարտելու կապակցությամբ ընդունել է Հայաստանում Իրաքի գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Սուհայլան Մունզեր Խալիլ Ալ-Ջուբուրին:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմից։

Ողջունելով հյուրին նախագահը նշել է. «Ձեր աշխատանքային գործունեության ընթացքում շնորհիվ նաև Ձեր անձնական ներդրման հայ-իրաքյան հարաբերությունները զարգացման նոր շրջան են մտել: Դուք մեր երկու երկրների համար մեծ նշանակություն ունեցող գործ արեցիք: Նկատի ունեմ Իրաքի և Հայաստանի նախագահների փոխադարձ այցելությունները, որոնք մեր երկրների հարաբերություններում զարգացման նոր էջ բացեցին և Ձեր անձնական ներդրումն այստեղ շատ մեծ է»:

Իր խոսքում Հանրապետության նախագահը նաև շատ բարձր է գնահատել երկու երկրների արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ակտիվ և արդյունավետ աշխատանքը, ինչպես նախագահների պաշտոնական այցերի նախապատրաստման և իրականացման, այնպես էլ Իրաք-Հայաստան բազմաշերտ գործընկերության զարգացմանը նոր թափ հաղորդելու գործում:

«Ես Հայաստանում երբեք օտարություն չեմ զգացել և պատիվ ունեմ Ձեզ հայտնել իմ խորին շնորհակալությունը հատկապես Ձեր ցուցաբերած մեծ աջակցության համար, որը զգացել ենք մեր գործունեության ողջ ընթացքում»,- ասել է Սուհայլան Մունզեր Խալիլ Ալ-Ջուբուրին՝ շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության և բարձր գնահատականի համար:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկու երկրների միջև տնտեսության և այլ ոլորտներում փոխգործակցության խթանման վերաբերյալ հարցեր: Այս համատեքստում նախագահ Խաչատուրյանը կարևորել է Հայաստանի և Իրաքի միջև տնտեսական համագործակցության առկա ներուժը լիարժեքորեն կյանքի կոչելուն ուղղված քայլերի խթանումը:

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել տարածաշրջանում կայուն և տևական խաղաղության հաստատման կարևորությանը, ինչը բարենպաստ պայմաններ կստեղծի ինչպես տարածաշրջանի, այնպես էլ հարակից երկրների շարունակական զարգացման համար:
