Բաքվի բանտում ապօրինաբար պահվող լիբանանահայ գերի Վիգեն Էուլջեքյանը դադարեցրել է հացադուլը: Այս մասին «Հրապարակի» հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց Վիգենի կինը՝ Լինդա Իմանը: Նախորդ անգամ տեղեկացրել էին,  որ Վիգենը հացադուլ էր սկսել ու կնոջը տեղեկացրել, որ ինքը գիտի` այլևս Բաքվի բանտից դուրս չի գալու, ուզում է մեռնել՝ դրա համար էլ հացադուլ է սկսել: Կնոջ եւ հարազատների հորդորներին անսալով` նա դադարեցրել է հացադուլը: 

Կնոջն ուղղված նամակում Վիգենը խնդրել է իրեն կարճ տաբատ ու ամառային շապիկներ ուղարկել, նաև խնդրել է իրեն սուրճ, ծխախոտ ու տորթ ուղարկել: «Սպասում եմ Վիգենի հետ հեռախոսազանգի հնարավորությանը, չէ՞ որ նամակում նա չի կարող ազատ գրել այն, ինչ ցանկանում է, իսկ երբ խոսում ենք, լսում եմ ձայնը, գիտեմ, ինչ է ուզում»,-ասաց Լինդան:

Նա մեզնից հետաքրքրվեց, իսկ Հայաստանում ինչ-որ բան ասո՞ւմ են գերիների հնարավոր վերադարձի մասին ու հավելեց. «Հնարավո՞ր է, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքումից հետո մեր տղաներին հետ վերադարձնեն»: 

Լինդա Իմանին ուրախացրել էր այն հանգամանքը, որ ամուսինը որոշել է նորից սնվել ու հրաժարվել է ինքնասպանության մտքից: Արդյոք «Կարմիր Խաչի» այցելությունից հետո Վիգենի հետ հոգեբան այցելե՞լ է, թե՞ ոչ, գուցե դրա արդյունքում է Վիգենը փոխել միտքը, Լինդա Իմանը ասաց, որ այդ մասով որևէ տեղեկատվություն չունի:
