Компания Apple анонсировала очное мероприятие для разработчиков, на котором будет представлена рабочая версия искусственного интеллекта Apple Intelligence. Об этом сообщает портал 9to5Mac.

Мероприятие под названием «Explore Apple Intelligence and machine learning» (рус. — «Изучите Apple Intelligence и машинное обучение») пройдет 14 августа в штаб-квартире Apple Park. Вероятнее всего, на презентации покажут рабочую версию фирменного искусственного интеллекта, который до сих пор недоступен даже в рамках бета-тестирования iOS 18. В анонсе на сайте Apple говорится, что разработчики смогут ознакомиться с некоторыми из крупнейших анонсов с WWDC24.

Журналисты 9to5Mac отмечают, что проведение мероприятия не означает запуск Apple Intelligence в ближайшее время.

На WWDC 2024 компания Apple объявила, что функции искусственного интеллекта станут доступны в iOS 18 и macOS Sequoia. Вскоре на сайте Apple появилась информация о запуске бета-версии Apple Intelligence летом, однако позже эта информация была удалена.

Предполагалось, что пользователи должны будут «встать в очередь» и зарегистрироваться в списке ожидания для активации Apple Intelligence, когда он станет доступен. По словам Марка Гурмана, компания Apple планирует запустить некоторые функции Apple Intelligence уже этой осенью, однако часть ИИ-системы заработает только в 2025 году.
