The wedding of the son of Asia's richest man, Mukesh Ambani, Anant, and Radhika Merchant will cost $320 million. This figure is quoted by the Daily Mail, taking into account two pre-wedding celebrations in March and late May and early June.

On July 12, one of the most high-profile weddings in the world will take place. It's an insanely luxurious display of wealth that will attract the world's tech bosses, industry titans, Bollywood stars, pop stars and top politicians. Guests include Kim and Khloe Kardashian, David and Victoria Beckham, former British prime ministers Boris Johnson and Tony Blair, Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan, FIFA President Gianni Infantino, IOC Vice President Juan Antonio Samaranch, WTO Director General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, former US Secretary of State John Kerry, former Swedish Prime Minister Carl Bildt, former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and other high-ranking guests from around the world.

Details of the wedding are being kept under wraps, but a source told MailOnline: “It's an incredible amount of money and no expense has been skimped on. This is a wedding like no other, it will be as big as you can imagine and with all the best of the best. Everything has been carefully planned and the wedding will be attended by some of the most powerful and powerful people in the world. The Ambanis have gone to great lengths to ensure that their wealth is displayed in all its glory."

The marriage ceremony, which will be performed according to traditional Hindu rituals, will take place at the Jio World Conference Center in Mumbai, a sprawling 16,000-person cultural and business center built by the Ambani family. The next day, a traditional 'divine blessing ceremony' known as 'Shubh Aashirwad' will take place at the same place, followed by a lavish reception on Sunday.

Around 100 chefs will prepare a wide selection of Indian and European delicacies for guests.

The invitations were sent out last month in an ornate red box containing a model of a silver temple, gifts and a handmade pashmina shawl. It is estimated that each invitation cost about $9,000.

Dozens of wedding suits costing more than $12,000 each for the bride, groom and their families were created by one of India's leading designers Manish Malhotra, who is also the wedding's creative director.
Lana Del Rey, Drake and Adele are expected to perform at the wedding.

The Ambani family has booked three Falcon 2000 aircraft and around 100 aircraft to transport their visiting dignitaries from around the world.

Luxurious accommodations are provided for all VIP guests and they are sure to be treated like royalty. At the first pre-wedding function in Jamnagar, guests were given extravagant gifts including Louis Vuitton bags, custom duffel bags from Bombay Artisan Co., Bandhani and Paithani scarves, gold chains and more.
