«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի փոխնախարար Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը պաշտոնի նշանակվել է 2023 թվականի հունվարի 3-ին։

Սվաջյանը քաղաքական պաշտոն զբաղեցրել է 2018 թվականի հեղափոխությունից հետո։ Մինչեւ 2018 թվականը եղել է Խ. Աբովյանի անվան հայկական մանկավարժական համալսարանում գործող ՀՀ ԲՈՀ-ի «Մանկավարժություն» 020 մասնագիտական խորհրդի գիտական քարտուղար, մի շարք ծրագրերում ներառված է եղել որպես փորձագետ, ապա Հանրապետական մանկավարժահոգեբանական կենտրոնի տնօրեն, որից հետո դարձել է փոխնախարար։

Նշանակումից ամիսներ անց մամուլում տեղեկություններ տարածվեցին, որ նորանշանակ փոխնախարարը իր մտերիմներին աշխատանքի է տեղավորում։ Սվաջյանի նշանակումից 6 ամիս անց` հունիսի 23-ին, ԿԳՄՍ հանրակրթության վարչության պետ է նշանակվել ոմն Թամարա Սարգսյանը, որը, ըստ մամուլի հրապարակումների, փոխնախարարի մտերիմն է։ Վերջինս էլ փոխնախարարի պաշտոնին նշանակվել է Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի հետ մտերմության շնորհիվ։

Փոխնախարարը հայտարարագրել է 2 բնակարան բազմաբնակարան շենքում, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել 2020 և 2016 թվականներին։ 2 բնակարաններն էլ գտնվում են Երևան քաղաքում։

2022 թվականին փոխնախարար Սվաջյանը ձեռք է բերել 2014 թվականի արտադրության Mazda մակնիշի մեքենա։

Արաքսիա Սվաջյանի բանկային հաշիվների մնացորդները կազմել են գրեթե 5 մլն դրամ, հաշվետու տարվա եկամուտները կազմել են 16 մլն 525 հազար դրամ։

Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածի եկամուտներից 14 մլն 450 հազար դրամը աշխատանքի վարձատրություն է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից, իսկ եկամուտների մյուս մասը` գրեթե 2 մլն դրամը, քաղաքացիական այլ պայմանագրերից ստացված եկամուտ է` Խաչատուր Աբովյանի անվան հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանից, «Ի.ԷՍ.ԱՅ. ԽՈՐՀՐԴԱՏՎԱԿԱՆ ԽՈՒՄԲ»-ից, Հանրապետական մանկավարժահոգեբանական կենտրոնից»:
