Премьер-министр Никол Пашинян посетил общины Алаверди и Ташир Лорийской области, чтобы ознакомиться с ситуацией, которая возникла вследствие наводнений.

Руководитель созданного решением премьер-министра оперативного штаба, министр территориального управления и инфраструктур Гнел Саносян, губернатор Лорийской области Арам Казарян, директор Спасательной службы - заместитель министра внутренних дел Камо Цуцулян доложили о ходе проводимых работ, а также процессе оказания первой помощи населению. Было отмечено, что в целях ликвидации последствий стихийного бедствия Спасательная служба МВД, Дорожный департамент, полиция, администрации областей, органы местного самоуправления и другие соответствующие структуры осуществляют необходимые мероприятия в рамках своих полномочий.
 
Никол Пашинян поручил в короткие сроки оценить срочные нужды пострадавших от стихийного бедствия жителей, оперативно выделить необходимую помощь, провести инвентаризацию ущерба, после чего будут обсуждены программы по ликвидации последствий стихийного бедствия.
 
Премьер-министр также пообщался с пострадавшими от наводнения жителями, подчеркнув, что все проблемы находятся в центре внимания правительства.
 
Затем Никол Пашинян посетил Тавушскую область, ознакомился с ущербом в результате наводнения на участке Дилижан-Иджеван межгосударственной дороги Армения-Грузия. Было доложено, что здесь ведутся срочные строительные работы с целью обеспечения движения на дороге.
