Դրան հասնելու համար պետք է կատարելագործել ուսուցման մեթոդաբանությունը, դպրոցից սկսած՝ իրականացնել իրավագիտակցության բարձրացմանը միտված աշխատանքներ: Առաջնային է նաև համընդհանուր ներառական կրթության, երեխաների համար անվտանգ միջավայրի և ֆիզիկական մատչելի պայմանների ապահովումը, ինչպես նաև կրթական հաստատություններում բուլինգի կանխարգելմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների ձեռնարկումը, ինչը մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրից պահանջում է հետևողական աշխատանք և մեծ նվիրում։ Մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս այս կարևոր օրվա կապակցությամբ»,- ասվում է ուղերձում:
