Ի պատասխան Դավիթ Հարությունյանի կողմից իր լիազորությունների դադարեցման հարցի վերանայման խնդրանքով ԲԴԽ ներկայացված միջնորդության քննության վերաբերյալ հարցադրումների տեղեկացնում եմ, որ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդից հայտնել են, որ նշված հարցը ընդգրկվել էր 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 3-ի նիստի օրակարգում: Այս մասին MediaHub-ին հայտնեց ԲԴԽ մամուլի խոսնակ Մերի Գևորգյանը։
 
«Նիստի ընթացքում Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանը պնդել է 2024 թվականի օգոստոսի 27-ին ներկայացված ինքնաբացարկի իր միջնորդությունը, որը Խորհրդի անդամների կողմից քննարկման արդյունքում բավարարվել է: 
   
ԲԴԽ նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանի կողմից  հայտնված տեղեկության համաձայն նա իր ինքնաբացարկը հիմնավորել է այն հանգամանքով, որ Դավիթ Հարությունյանի դատավորի լիազորությունները դադարեցնելուց հետո նա այս գործի մասին որպես Խորհրդի նախագահ ներկայացրել էր մեկնաբանություններ և պարզաբանումներ, այդ թվում Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից, երբ ՔՊ խմբակցության երկու պատգամավորներ մտահոգվել էին Դավիթ Հարությունյանի համար: Խորհրդի անդամների կողմից քննարկման արդյունքում բավարարվել է իր ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդությունը և նա չի մասնակցի այս գործի վերանայման գործընթացին:

Նիստը նախագահողի պարտականությունները ստանձնել է Խորհրդի տարիքով անդամ՝ Արմեն Դանիելյանը, իսկ վերանայման գործընթացը կիրականացվի Խորհրդի անդամներ Արթուր Աթաբեկյանի, Հայկ Գրիգորյանի, Կարեն Թումանյանի, Երանուհի Թումանյանցի, Մերի Համբարձումյանի, Էդգար Հովհաննիսյանի և Քրիստինե Մկոյանի մասնակցությամբ:  
     
Միջնորդությամբ ներկայացված հարցը նիստում քննարկելու անհրաժեշտության բացակայությամբ պայմանավորված՝ Խորհուրդը որոշել է այն քննության առնել գրավոր ընթացակարգով՝ 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 17-ին, ժամը՝ 16:30-ին:  
 
Նշված օրը տեղի կունենա ԲԴԽ նիստը, որտեղ գրավոր ընթացակարգով, այսինքն, առանց կողմերի մասնակցությամբ, ԲԴԽ զեկուցող անդամը կներկայացնի գործի մանրամասները և զեկույցի ներկայացման արդյունքում ի հայտ եկած հարցադրումները գրավոր կուղղվեն Դավիթ Հարությունյանին»,֊ հայտնեց խոսնակը:
