RA Minister of Agriculture to remain in his position?

According to the former head of the RA Ministry of Agriculture Gerasim Alaverdyan, he "was dismissed" by climatic conditions. This year, hail and frost decided not to give each other queue.

It has been already predicted that we can forget about the planned economic growth, given the fact that the poor performance in the field of agriculture can not be reflected in the overall picture of the economy.

In 2010, climatic conditions played a cruel joke on Alaverdyan, which provided 17-18-percent decline in agriculture. Probably this was the reason that the first step in replacing Alaverdyan with Sergo Karapetyan was the approval of the order of fields with divine consecration prayer. Karapetyan immediately realized that his place mostly depended on God's mercy.

And, in fact, it was quite a year without any accidents and natural disasters, the head of the Ministry of Agriculture forgot the wisdom that came from previous Minister: Prayer is not only forgotten, but the mere mention of it in the beginning regarded as a personal insult to Minister.

On May 12 hailstorm caused damage to farmlands of Ararat, Aragatsotn, Kotayk regions of Armenia. What amounts have been written over the years under the name of the construction of anti-hail stations can better determine the Control Chamber of the Republic of Armenia, which, by the way, last year, touched the side of the problem, gave a negative assessment of their effectiveness, resulting in anger of tender company and was filed in court.

With regard to the calculation of hail damage a special meeting was convened in the Ministry of Agriculture. The Ministry of Agriculture has already become an institution in Armenia, just merely stating the damage and represents a long explanation about this.

Given the climatic conditions of the year, namely frost and hail, it can be assumed that at least this year the Ministry of Agriculture will be able to get out of the job with dignity marketing of agricultural products: the smaller agricultural products, fewer farmers are, there will be higher results.

As for Sergo Karapetyan's post, walking in the footsteps of Gerasim Alaverdyan, that is, the "climatic conditions" seems to be resolved, it remains only a formal solution of the world's leadership. And this decision, given the last reprimand of Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan about the condition of sales of agricultural and high economic growth, submitted to the President, will not be late...
