Exhausted Beyonce cancels Belgium concert

Beyonce's publicist said Tuesday the U.S. pop star is canceling her scheduled concert in Belgium because she is suffering from dehydration and exhaustion.

TMZ confirmed the cancellation.

The news comes a day after the New York Post said the singer is pregnant with her second child.

The recording artist has been candid about her desire to expand her family with her husband, rapper Jay-Z, but she has not announced she is pregnant again.

The couple have a 15-month-old daughter.
