French President Hollande proposes Euro government

The President of France François Hollande on Thursday proposed establishing a eurozone economic government as part of a four-point plan that he said would help the continent out of its economic "lethargy."

According to the French leader such a government could focus on harmonizing tax rules across the bloc and overseeing budgets.
It could have a set leader and meet once a month, he said.
