MP from ARF-D Artsvik Minasyan yesterday during an interview with reporters said that if law enforcement officers do not find the person who desecrated the tomb of the head of Proshian community, others are doing it. "All the same, if the police do not do that, there will be people in society who will discover the crime and punish. It will be correct, that it was within the law."
