Yesterday, on May 16, Chief of Police, Lieutenant-General Vladimir Gasparyan signed a decree releasing police colonel Seyran Martirosyan as Chief of the Police of Dilijan departmnet. In another order of Vladimir Gasparyan Seyran Martirosyan was appointed Chief of the Police of Nairi departmnet.
