Azerbaijani serviceman caught trying to cross contact line with Karabakh.

An Azerbaijani citizen was caught at 3.25 p.m. on Tuesday trying to cross the contact line between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijani Armed Forces.

The soldier was in a uniform of Azerbaijani Armed Forces, without any distinguishing signs and had a military ID with the name of Akhundzade Mamedbagra Talib-oglu, born in 1990, Karabakh State Commission on POWs, Hostages and Missing Persons informed.

Responsible bodies clarify the incident. Besides, Karabakh authorities have informed of the incident the OSCE Office and the International Committee of the Red Cross accredited in Stepanakert.
