At this moment, Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan and Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan are negotiating with killed soldier Luxe Stepanyan's parents and relatives.

Recall, that the father of the conscript, who days ago died from a bullet by his colleague in military N unit, resident of Verin Getashen village Luxe Stepanian / born in 1994 / decided, as a sign of protest over the incident, to bring the coffin with the body of his son in Yerevan and hold a protest in front of the Government building.

The latter at 16:00 with a gunshot wound to his head was taken to Noyemberian medical centre, and then at 20:00 to the military hospital in Yerevan.
