1,500 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian positions

According to Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Ministry press service, Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire, at the line of contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, around 200 times in the passing week.

During this time, more than 1,500 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian positions, and by way of different-caliber weapons. As a result of the preventive measures taken by the NKR Defense Army vanguard units, however, the adversary’s “activeness” was stopped.
