"Hraparak": Who will bring more votes for PAP.

The newspaper writes, "Compilation of the proportional lists for participating in the Armenian National Assembly elections, may even lead to 'cain wars' in some parties. PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan has found the most original solution to this almost unsolvable issue. He has declared among the candidates intending to get places in PAP proportional election list , that no matter who and which place will take each: at the end a new proportional list will be compiled. More exactly, the ones who will manage to bring more votes for PAP from their districts, will enter the Parliament. It is to say that if one is ranked on the 50th place in PAP list but the number of votes succeeds the votes of the one [for ex.] from the 5th place, the first candidate will pass while the second not. Some does not like this solution, but others oligarchs and the ones having much influence in one of the regions are pleased with this solution and consider it fair."
