The newspaper writes, "Armenia`s 'VivaCell' company`s executive director Ralf Yirikyan, during yesterday`s talk with our correspondent, in fact denied the news that he will be included in the proportional list of "Prosperous Armenia" party (PAP).

'Ralf Yirikyan has repeatedly stated and now reaffirms that he not only does not have an intention to be elected or appointed to any political position, but also has no wish to deal with politics,' this was the written response to the questions of our daily by "VivaCell" company`s spokesman Vahe Isahakyan. This means that Ralf Yirikyan will not be nominated also with majoritarian electoral system. To note, Yirikyan does not even have legal chance to be nominated as a candidate of deputy, as he got RA citizenship only in 2009, May. We were informed about this again from Vahe Isahakyan. To recall, for being nominated as RA NA deputy candidate, one should have at least 5-year citizenship of Armenian Republic."
