Hong Kong markets open up

On Monday morning with index gains helped by a 4.4% climb for China Coal Energy, Hong Kong shares were set to start at their highest point in over a week.
The Hang Seng Index was expected to open 1.2% higher at 23,348.7, the highest it has been since May 9th.
The China Enterprises Index of the top Chinese listings in Hong Kong was indicated to open up 1.2%.
