What did Raffi Hovannisian and Gagik Tsarukyan actually talk during their meeting

After a meeting with his supporters in "Ani"  hotel, answering the questions of the reporter of "Radio Liberty" how he treated PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan's statement, Raffi Hovhannisyan said that during their famous meeting Gagik Tsarukyan said that he was not an opposition, he ruled out becoming an opposition and that he would not be against the authorities.

Given the fact that this meeting was behind closed doors, the decision was made not to publish the meeting conversation, but because one of the parties, and in this case, Raffi Hovannisian, decided to publish this episode of their conversation, we will try to present from our side the conversation in full view.

So, what did Raffi Hovhannisyan suggest Gagik Tsarukyan?

First

Raffi Hovannisian asked Gagik Tsarukyan, whether he recognized his victory, in which Gagik Tsarukyan responded whether he recognized his victory. If so, let him openly announce about it. Raffi answered in an elusive formulation, that Serzh Sargsyan lost and people won. Tsarukyan stated that he was always next to people, and to make a clear answer as to what PAP was going to do, noted that PAP waited for concrete practical proposals from Raffi.

Second

Raffi's second proposal was whether PAP agreed if "Heritage" would appear with a demand of new early parliamentary elections. In his turn, Tsarukyan announced that PAP would be for early elections if all the political parties could implement changes in the Election Code, and only after that to hold early parliamentary elections.

Third

Raffi Hovannisian, suggested Gagik Tsaroukyan to unite during those extraordinary parliamentary elections, with PAP- "Heritage" format, which will be headed by Gagik Tsarukyan. 

Tsaroukyan was very surprised at Raffi's proposal because it was very unexpected. He noted that at that moment the party was actively cooperating with ANC and ARF-D, and he believed that two could not change anything major.

We will not want to mention about Raffi's overlooking behavior towards ANC and ARF-D. Raffi Hovannisian felt bad for the fact that immediately after their meeting he met ARF-D representative in PAP reception.

Raffi Hovannisian, was probably offended that Gagik Tsarukyan did not recognize his victory. And supposed that Tsarukyan would never unite opposition. Yes, Gagik Tsarukyan really did not recognize Raffi's victory, because Raffi did not recognize his victory,too. If more clearly, the only force in the current political field, which recognized Raffi Hovannisian's victory in the presidential election, was ANC.

In fact, Raffi's meeting with PAP's leader had a goal to blackmail the government to make its position stronger during huggling with the latter.

PAP, of course, is fully aware of this, but it did not refuse proposal of the meeting with Raffi, not to become a subject of speculation. However, it appears that Raffi passed all moral norms, which suggests that any dialogue with "them" is not appropriate because it does not have any connection to the vital problems.
