Citizens blocked the path of the Deputy Minister's car (videos)

As Lurer.com has already reported, on May 16, a group of residents of the 2nd quarter of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan held a protest in front of the building of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. Residents of «Tonus construction» building, paying a few years the amount of their apartments, only two months ago knew that these buildings were put on bail of JSC "Artsakh Bank". Now the building is almost ready, only cosmetic repair remains, but residents can not enter the building.
Today the residents of Davitashen 2nd block are holding a protest in front of RA Ministry of Finance requiring to give them their flats, which they bought legally from "Tonus" LLC. With an open letter they addressed to RA President and Prime Minister, asking for a fair solution of the current situation.
According to the decision, the citizens should have a meeting with the Minister of Finance, however, it was declared that the minister was not in his office, According to the residents, the Minister in the building, but avoids meeting with them. The fact aroused anger of the residents, they announced that they would stay there at least a night. "We will not leave, we will go till the end, we will fight for our houses," one of the citizens said.
Then the Deputy Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan came out of the building, who was going to the National Assembly. Citizens, seeing the Deputy Minister, stood in front of his car and did not allow to leave, demanding to hear their appeal. Vardan Aramyan promised to study the issue and submit their complaint to the Minister. Finally he was able to convince the citizens to open the way to the car and left.
Then one of the representatives came out of the Ministry building ans started talkin to the citizens. After a little time having no other choice, representative of the Ministry decided to allow 5 people to enter the building of RA FM.
Approximately 1 hour after people left the building. The citizens were assured that their problems would be solved after certain investigation of their documents.
