"Zhoghovurd": "Armavia" prepares documents to apply to the court

Recently, "Armavia" airline company has announced that prepares documents in connection with the bankruptcy of the company. After a while, "Armavia" has also announced that they will not present a bankruptcy petition, but a program of "recovery." The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" tried to find out at in which stage the process is now, and when "Armavia" is getting ready to appeal to court on the issue of bankruptcy.

"Lawyers are still preparing documents to appeal to court. And in connection with the program of rehabilitation the public council asked us to present the way of this process. Our experts have submitted everything that is connected to the program of recovery. Public Council should make its conclusions."
