Aram Manukyan to RA Prime Minister: "You must be punished."
Political
Today the discussion of the program of the new government of Armenia continued to be discussed at the meeting of the Parliament of Armenia.
A speech was made by the Secretary of ANC parliamentary faction Aram Manukyan. Aram Manukyan began by quoting a passage from a letter of Hovhannes Tumanyan to Avetik Isaakyan on December 9, 1921.
"Part - rogues and rascals, part - thieves and robbers, and some - incompetent unfortunates. There has not been found any guilty mong so many disasters and hardships, no one has been held accountable and no one has kept his promise. And even no one dared to commit suicide in order to prove that these people or this nation had at least shame and conscience."
This is an excerpt from Hovhannes Tumanyan's letter to Avetik Isaakyan, which was written 93 years ago. I bear these words in our time, our government, and I am asking the Prime Minister: "You ask us to trust, but there is no justification for this. You promised to fight against monopolies, but the results of this struggle we have not seen for 5 years, in the tax field there are not oligarchs, nothing has been done about the fight against corruption," Aram Manukyan said.
According to the Secretary of ANC, "the adoption of this program will lead to the disappointment of people, or people will leave the country. You should be punished, not to dignify approval."
