The newspaper writes, "While Armenian political field repeatedly discusses the possible relationship between the second RA president Robert Kocharyan and current president Serzh Sargsyan, RA National Assembly speaker, Republican party member Samvel Nikoyan has made a shocking step in this regard. During the newly created ethic commission of high officials the NA speaker nominated Lilit Poghosyan. "Zhoghovurd" daily managed to find out that Lilit Poghosyan was the daughter of Robert Kocharyan`s wife`s [Bella Kocharyan] sister. To inform, Lilit Poghosyan during the years of Kocharyan`s presidency was working at the residence of RA president."
