Vahan Hovhannisyan: "If deads vote, why they do not receive pensions." (video)

The program of the new government on 2013- 2017 continued to be discussed at today's session of the National Assembly of Armenia .

Vahan Hovhannisyan from ARF-D parliamentary group delivered a speech.

Commenting on Prime Minister's statements, that society gives the assessment of the government, voting in elections, the deputy pointed to the quality of elections in Armenia. "Ultimately, what did Khachikyan (Vazgen Khachikyan - the former head of social welfare services, has been arrested for fraud) do? Khachikyan restored justice. If the deceased citizens or those, who left the country can take part in the elections, why they can not even receive pensions", he said.
