"Zhoghovurd": RA Ministry of Agriculture spends large sums for artificial insemination of animals

Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic spends quite a large amount for artificial insemination of animals. The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" has learned that the Ministry of Agriculture for this purpose from the state budget of Armenia has provided 3,370,000 drams Mkhchyan village of Ararat region.

For the same reason 1,730,000 drams have been allocated to Martuni. By the way, note that Mkhchyan is a native village of Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, the Minister of Agriculture Sergo Karapetyan, is also from Ararat region and prior to becoming a Minister worked in "ArtFood", belonging to NA Speaker's son.
