"Zhoghovurd": During hearing the judge played a game?

An administrative court judge Argishti Ghazarian, who is one of the judges of 5-membered structure of the case of lawsuit against the Central Election Commission presented by the Armenian National Congress, the day before, during hearing played games. Even loud music came out of his phine, prompting judge's representative Ruzanna Hakobyan's and other members' smile.

In an interview with the newspaper "Zhoghovurd", however, the judge Ghazarian said: "This is misinformation, there was not such a thing, during meeting I do not play games. Yeah, I do not deny, during the meeting I had phone, and sounds came out of it. We, as the participants of the meeting, should follow the proceedings. I turned on the phone to check time. Just that's all."
