Vahram Baghdasaryan: "It's terrible when dissolute people talk about morals."

The work of the four-day sessions continued in RA NA today. 114 deputies were present at the meeting. MP from RA RPA parliamentary faction Vahram Baghdasaryan, referring to the Speaker of parliament Hovik Abrahamyan said:
