An Agarak resident was suffocated from smoke in the house.

On January 27 a fatal incident occurred in Armenia`s Aragatsotn region. As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed LURER.com, at about 08:30am, Aragatsotn region`s rescue department of RA Ministry of Emergency Situations received a call that a house was in fire in Agarak village.
Firefighting brigade was dispatched to the scene. As a result of smoke a man was suffocated in the house, whose body then was burnt completely.
People gathered on the scene informed that the latter was Gevorg Azizbekyan, 39. The expert and police officers arrived on the scene.
Gevorg’s family, living in hard social conditions, consisted of six members, his mother, widow of his brother, who died in Karabakh war, and their three children. Gevorg was not married and lived in the basement of the house.
The reason of fire could have been electric stove.
An investigation is carried out.
