"Hraparak": Yuri Vardanyan's revenge or 'authorities decision?

There are rumors that in the coming days the last of Mohicans of "Prosperous Armenia" Vice-Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Samvel Khachatryan will finally goodbye to his post. His release, of course, is not explained as Yuri Vardanyan's revenge (recall that a few months ago, he shamed Vardanyan, sending him an open letter and protecting Gagik Tsarukyan), but the decision of the authorities.

Although there has not been the dismissal order yet, but Samvel Khachatryan's health has "deteriorated". Yesterday at the end of the day one of the members of his family answered his phone call, saying that Khachatryan "dis not feel well, and was sleeping." And during the day his employee answered calls, asserting that the Vice-Minister was at the meeting.
