Málaga executive Francisco Martín Aguilar has told Radio MARCA that it will be very complicated for Isco to stay at the Costa del Sol club next season due to the interest of a number of big clubs in the young midfielder.

"It fills us with pride that a lad that has come through at Málaga to become the player he has. If he goes it will be to a big club and it will be to the benefit of the coffers at the club", he confirmed, before reminding all clubs that they will have to pay the full €35 million fee to trigger the buy-out clause in his contract.

Aguilar confirmed that interest has been shown by Real Madrid in signing the player: "They are interested in him, but nothing is official yet".
