New scandal at Cannes Fest

The Cannes International Film Festival is in the headlines of the scandal column again. Two more robberies have occurred there. This time criminals have robbed two US producers of computers, jewellery and a large sum of money.

Another victim is a guest from Saudi Arabia whose exclusive Ferrari was stolen. There are only six such cars in the world. However, the thieves did not make it with the sport car and it was found smashed in the ditch nearby.

All in all, four large thefts have occurred at the current festival. Wealthy guests’ personal belongings, money and jewellery worth several million dollars have become the criminals’ loot.
