Levon Zurabyan: "Agreement to increase gas tariff was signed before April 1."

"Yesterday we found out that Public Services Regulatory Commission received an application on May 13 in connection with rise of gas price, and this package is a link and is attached a contract in which the new price of gas would come into force on April 1." This was said at a meeting with journalists at the National Assembly of Armenia by leader of the Armenian National Congress parliamentary group Levon Zurabyan.

"The Commission insists that it has learned about it only on May 13, but the agreement to increase gas tariff was signed before April 1. Until April 1, the contract has been signed. Our government signed a new agreement on the purchase price of gas, but did not informe society about this" Zurabyan said.
