On 23 May President Bako Sahakyan signed the NKR Criminal Code, laws "On making changes in the Criminal Proceedings Code of Nagorno Karabagh Republic", "On making changes in the Electoral Code of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabagh", "On struggle against money laundering and financing of terrorism" and the laws "On making changes in NKR law".
