Solemn ceremony of opening “The Land’s Memory. Artsakh” archaeological exhibition

On 25 May Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook in a solemn ceremony of opening "The Land's Memory. Artsakh" archaeological exhibition held in capital Stepanakert.

President Sahakyan considered important the carrying out archaeological excavations in Artsakh on a high professional level, adding that the process should also involve foreign experts and their results should be available to the public's large circles. According to the President the implementation of such activities in our republic is important from scientific, cultural and political viewpoints.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, chairman of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan and other officials partook at the event.
